Catch Your Breath helps entrepreneurs balance work, life and wellness while combatting burnout.
Business owners and entrepreneurs often struggle to prioritize limited time, money, and energy for their personal wellness. This six-month program provides education, accountability and peer support to the person behind the business: the entrepreneur! Through a series of community events on financial wellness, stress management, and rest, entrepreneurs learn and practice valuable burnout coping skills and have the opportunity to put those skills in action during the 12-week wellness cohort.
